And those doubts remain, even when it’s out there because we didn’t have a mentor who could guide us, not only through the process, but get us ready to hit publish when it really was ready. The difference between really being ready and thinking you may be ready, is confidence! Now you can be confident with just a little extra help!

A productive critique (with love) of your finished book (my eyes on it)

Checking for overall work and errors
Looking for proper development of the story (fiction or non)
Looking for consistency in all areas
Looking for proper development of characters and or situations
Looking for stops in the story that prevent people from continuing to read or buy your books
Preliminary layout guidance
Cover design guidance and review
Summary: A recommendation of whether I feel it is ready or not, and what fixes are needed before you hit publish
A referral to an editor because everyone needs one (you may choose to follow through or not)

What My Services Are Not

My service is not an editing service or a quest for perfection. I will notice the overall completeness of the books readiness and give guidance that the author then must take steps to correct. I will notice flaws, spelling errors and the like, but my overall guidance is as an author coach readying the author to hit the publish button and feeling as confident as they can with their results and within their own means to do so. I will recommend an editor to deal with spelling issues. It is not a guarantee of sales, popularity, good reviews, best seller status or any results in marketing. If you figure all that out, let me know. This is about telling a good story and putting out a good product you can be proud of within your means and expertise.

Why Me?

I have over two decades of writing and publishing experience. I have evolved from the old ways of publishing and seeking publishers, to becoming a highbred author having been both Indie Published and Traditionally published.

I am a globally Accredited Instructor, with over 30K students and over 50K enrollments, with four writing courses to help support authors on their journey to be published.

At the end of the day, it is about trust in someone to help you through the process and after all these years, this is what I wish to do in a more intimate way through author coaching.
